Good Governance

Good governance means promoting the success of the Group for the benefit of its investors, taking into account:

  • the interests of the Group’s employees;
  • the impact of our operations on the community and the environment;
  • the desire for strong, professional relationships with customers, suppliers and others in our industry;
  • the protection of our reputation for high standards of business conduct;
  • the intent to act fairly as between the Group’s different stakeholders; and
  • the likely long-term consequences of the Board’s decisions.

The arrangements we have established to promote good governance across the Keller Group are described in the Social responsibility and Corporate governance pages of our site.
