  • Engineers; ICE agreements/Membership of ICE
  • HR; Certificate in Personnel Practice (CPP), Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)
  • Quantity Surveying; Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Membership (RICS), HNC Civil Engineering

Organisational development oversee the provision of mandatory training, NVQs, development review (appraisal), and senior management development.

As part of the annual performance and development reviews and through open and honest communication, training is agreed and delivered. This ensures that everyone knows what their training needs are and the company aims to deliver against those expectations. It also helps us to align skilled people to the work to be done today and ensures Keller is positioned for success in the future.

We believe that learning is an ongoing experience that never stops.  Keller UK is an investor in people (IIP), and was awarded the accreditation in 2005.

We believe in the importance of providing our employees with an opportunity to express their views and encourage vertical and horizontal communications.  One of the ways this is achieved is through the Keller Information and Consultative Council, which is chaired by the UK Managing Director.
