1. What do I do if I have changed my address?
You should notify Equiniti Limited in writing. If you hold shares in joint names, the notification to change address must be signed by the first named shareholder. You may choose to do this on line, by logging on to www.shareview.co.uk. You will need your shareholder reference number to access this service: this can be found on your share certificate or from a dividend tax counterfoil. You will be asked to select your own PIN and a user ID will be posted to you.

2. What do I do if I have changed my name?
You should notify Equiniti Limited in writing of your new name and previous name. You should attach a copy of your marriage certificate or your change of name deed, together with your share certificates and any uncashed dividend cheques in your old name, so that Equiniti Limited can reissue them.

3. Can I have my dividends paid directly into my bank or building society account?
Yes, this is possible with most bank or building society accounts in the UK and is sometimes referred to as a “payment instruction” or “dividend mandate”.

Mandating your dividends has a number of advantages for you:
  • The dividend will go in to your account on payment date – there is no chance of it being delayed in the post and you do not have to wait for a cheque to clear.
  • The payment method is more secure than receiving a cheque in the post.
  • Tax information about the dividend is sent direct to you at your registered address.
You can download a Request for Payment of Dividends Mandate form from the Keller website and post it to Equiniti Limited.

4. I haven't received my last dividend cheque. What should I do?
Please contact Equiniti Limited, who will investigate the reason for non-receipt. You may wish to have future dividends paid directly into your bank or building society account. See above for details.

5. When is the next dividend paid?
Please see the financial calendar page of this website for the next dividend payment date.

6. My partner, or relative, has passed away. What should I do about their shareholding?
Please contact Equiniti Limited at your earliest opportunity. They will assist you with the documentation required and be able to make the process as straightforward as possible for you.

7. How do I transfer my shares?
At some point you may wish to transfer some or all of your shares to someone else (for example your partner or a member of your family). To do this you will need to complete a share transfer form, which is available from Equiniti Limited or can be downloaded here. The form should be fully completed and returned with your share certificate representing at least the number of shares being transferred. Equiniti Limited will then process the transfer and issue a balance share certificate to you if applicable. Equiniti Limited will be able to help you with any questions you may have about completing the form.

8. How can I sell my shares?
You can sell your shares through a stockbroker or sharedealing service. There are a variety of services available. Equiniti Limited offer an internet- or telephone-based sharedealing service. You can find out more about this service by logging on to www.shareview.co.uk/dealing or by calling the shareview helpline: 0871 850 0852.

9. How can I check my register details?
You can log onto www.shareview.co.uk where you will be able to check your details, including your shareholding, dividend payments and various transactions. The service is secure, free and easy to use. You will need your shareholder reference number to access this service: this can be found on your share certificate or from a dividend tax counterfoil. You will be asked to select your own PIN and a user ID will be posted to you.

10. How do I contact Equiniti Limited?
They can be contacted at: Equiniti Limited, Aspect House, Spencer Road, Lancing, West Sussex, BN99 6DA. Telephone: 0871 600 3964. Textel: 0871 600 3950. Overseas shareholders may wish to use the international telephone helpline service: + 44 121 415 7047.
