Board change
Keller Group plc ("Keller"), the global construction services company announces Klaus Kirsch's retirement from the Board. Mr Kirsch, who joined the Group in 1969 and has been Managing Director of Keller Grundbau GmbH since 1985, has been a Board Director since the management buyout in 1990. Mr Kirsch's experience will remain available to Keller for the next 21/2 years in a consultancy role. The Board of Keller recognise the contribution Klaus has made to the company over the years and wish him well in his retirement.
