Board change
Keller Group plc ('Keller'), the global construction services group, announces Mike Martin's retirement from the Board.Mr Martin, who joined the Group in 1967 and has been Managing Director of Keller Limited since 1986, has been a Board Director since the management buyout in 1990. Mr Martin's experience will remain available to Keller for at least the next year on a part time basis. The Board of Keller wishes to thank Mike for the contribution he has made to the Company over the years and wishes him well in his retirement. His wise counsel and deep management experience will be missed. Keller is also pleased to announce the appointment of Jackie Holman as Company Secretary with immediate effect.
