Keller strengthens Board
Keller Group plc (Keller), the global construction services group with a presence in thirty countries, is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Gerry Brown as a Non-Executive Director. Mr Brown, aged 57, is currently a Non-Executive Director of Quintiles Transnational Corporation, a NASDAQ-quoted leading worldwide pharmaceutical outsourcing company; Vantec Limited, a Japanese MBO from Nissan, funded by 3i and PPM Ventures; and CH Jones Limited, a private company focussed on information systems. Until recently, he was a Non-Executive Director of Datrontech Group plc. His previous executive appointments include Chairman of Mainland Europe for Tibbett & Britten Group plc, a Board member of TDG plc and Operations Director of Exel plc. Mr Brown's appointment will further strengthen the board and bring broad and deep experience to Keller, particularly with regard to international and strategic matters.
