Keller Board Appointment
Keller Group plc (“Keller”), the international ground engineering specialist, is pleased to announce that it intends to appoint Mr Roy Franklin OBE as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 19 July 2007. Mr Franklin, who is a geologist by training, is currently the Non-executive Chairman of Bateman Litwin N.V. and Novera Energy plc, both of which are AIM-listed, and is a Non-executive Director of Santos Limited, the Australian-listed energy company. His previous executive appointments include Paladin Resources plc, where he was Chief Executive from 1997 to 2005 and Clyde Petroleum plc, where he was Group Managing Director from 1993 to 1997. Before that he was at BP for 18 years, latterly heading up BP Exploration's acquisitions and divestments group.
