Board change
Keller Group plc (“Keller” or “the
Group”), the international ground engineering specialist,
announces the retirement of Mr Keith Payne from its Board.
Mr Payne, who joined the Board in 1999, will stand down at the
end of January 2008, in line with best practice on board
rotation.
The Board of Keller would like to thank Mr Payne for the valued
contribution he has made to the Company over the years and to wish
him well for the future. His good humour and dedication, as
much as his deep experience, will be missed.
