GKN moved into UK piling & ground improvement market with the acquisition of Hull-based piling company Holmpress Piles

1974

GKN acquired Johann Keller in Germany to form Keller GKN Foundations

Management buyout from Keller GKN Foundations, company renamed Keller

2006

Keller acquired Phi Group, a company specialising in the design, supply and installation of retaining structures

2007

Keller acquired Systems Geotechnique, a geotechnical subcontractor specialising in restricted access piling, ground anchors and soil nails

Systems Geotechnique

2010

Keller set up Getec, a monitoring and instrumentation division, to work initially on the Crossrail project

2019

Getec renamed GEO-Instruments as part of a rebrand of the company’s global I&M businesses
