Our project managers also have a role in supporting more environmentally sustainable construction, actively helping our customers use fewer resources, reduce their carbon emissions, and improve their environmental impact. 

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing project tenders and bids  
• Coordinating and managing all project resources including people, materials, and equipment
• Keeping clients, subcontractors, and suppliers up to date throughout the project
• Resolving any technical problems that occur  
• Monitoring and reporting project performance  
• Driving improvements in safety, productivity, and sustainability.
