We are keen to hear from students interested in building a rewarding career within the geotechnical engineering and construction industry who are completing a BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering, Engineering Geology, Applied Geology or related subjects - particularly those with a flexible approach and an interest in the contracting environment.
What you can expect?
As part of our commitment to graduate development, you will participate in a structured programme designed to support your progression towards becoming a highly-skilled and professionally-qualified engineer.

Through a combination of practical experience, formal training and professional support, you will gain a broad understanding of our business and the geotechnical industry.
During the programme, you will work across a range of disciplines and project teams, gaining valuable hands-on experience both on-site and within operational departments.
Your role will combine relevant training with real responsibility from an early stage in your career, allowing you to develop practical skills and confidence in a professional environment.
You will also gain exposure to key support functions, including:
- Work winning and business development
- Risk management
- Health and safety
- Finance
- Human resources
In addition, Keller offers a three to four year ICE-approved Training Scheme for Graduate Engineers who hold the appropriate qualifications. The scheme is designed to support participants in meeting the requirements of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and progressing towards Chartered Engineer status (CEng MICE).
Participation in the ICE Training Scheme is optional. However, with the support of our ICE-appointed Supervising Civil Engineer, it provides an excellent opportunity to develop technical competence, increase responsibility and further your professional development.
