The role will be based in Coventry (Ryton), with travel across the UK required at times.
The Electrical Technician will be expected to:
• Inspect and service plant equipment as instructed by the EIM.
• Diagnose breakdown faults and rectify in a safe and efficient manner.
• Complete Job sheets and maintain equipment service reports.
• Carry out maintenance inspections as required.
• Comply with company policies.
• Train and assist operatives in Autonomous maintenance and safe implementation of minor running repairs.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of site staff.
• Act as a mentor and trainer for Keller apprentices assigned to the electrical department.
The successful applicant will have proven experience in repair and maintenance of electrical plant equipment, both in a workshop and field service environment.

Minimum requirements:
• Must be able to work unsupervised with the necessary skills to see repairs through from diagnostics to effective repair and testing.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems from 12VDC to 415VAC.
• ECS Gold card.
• C&G Qualified.
Desirable:
• Ability to fault find using electrical schematics.
• Working knowledge PLC controls.
• Instrumentation and CAN bus an advantage.
