Keller Limited has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Marketing Co-Ordinator to join our ambitious team. This is a newly created entry-level role, and we are looking for a hard-working individual who is keen to progress, assisting in the design and delivery of the marketing strategy for Keller UK.

This is a full-time office-based role (5 days a week, Monday-Friday), and the successful applicant will be ideally based in, or within easy commuting distance of, Coventry (Ryton).

The Marketing Co-Ordinator will be expected to:

  • produce professional marketing materials
  • organise and attend exhibitions, photoshoots, site visits etc.
  • liaise with counterparts in other European and global business units to share knowledge/expertise and carry out joint projects
  • arrange branded merchandise, printing and sponsorships
  • manage the content and case studies on the websites
  • design, produce and post professional internal and external communications
  • use, monitor and report on a variety of social media channels
  • generate new sales opportunities by supporting the three different branches in their marketing efforts

The successful applicant should be able to work within a demanding, fast-paced and versatile office environment.  They should have a keen interest and expertise in marketing, have good people skills, be focused, and have a can-do attitude.

Minimum requirements:

  • 5+ GCSEs or equivalent grade A-C (9-4) including Maths and English
  • Good understanding of professional social media use
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • IT Literate – Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with both current and up-and-coming communications methods
  • Familiarity with Adobe design suite or similar
  • Full UK driving license
  • Be organised, a great planner and be able to work effectively and efficiently, both as a member of a team and on solo projects

Desirable:

  • Previous work experience within a marketing function
  • Experience or good understanding of AI and modern marketing trends
  • Experience in the construction sector
  • Have a degree or equivalent in business/marketing or working towards professional body qualifications.
